Area 43 Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://area43labs.com and publishes the mobile applications listed on that site. This company-level privacy policy covers our corporate operations, our website, and the internal software we operate to publish content to the third-party platforms our applications advertise on. Individual applications have their own privacy policies linked from their respective app store listings and from the "Our Apps" section of our website.

- Our internal automation software that publishes promotional content to Instagram and YouTube channels that we own
- Communications you send to us at any Area 43 Labs email address
What this policy does not cover
- Individual mobile applications published by Area 43 Labs — those each have their own privacy policy linked from their app store listing
- Third-party platforms we publish to (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Play, App Store) — their own privacy policies apply to your interactions with them
Information we collect on this website
Our website is a static informational site. We do not collect personal information from visitors, do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and do not run advertising on the website.
If you send us email at any @area43labs.com address, we retain the message contents and your email address for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Emails are stored in Zoho Mail.
YouTube API Services disclosure
We operate internal automation software that uses YouTube API Services — specifically the YouTube Data API v3 (to upload short-form promotional videos) and the YouTube Analytics API v2 (to read aggregate engagement metrics on those uploads). This software:
- Accesses only YouTube channels owned by Area 43 Labs Inc. — it never accesses, reads, or writes data belonging to any other user or channel.
- Uses OAuth 2.0 with per-channel refresh tokens minted by an Area 43 Labs operator via a one-time interactive consent flow. There is no end-user login and no third-party access.
- Does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about YouTube viewers of our videos. Analytics reads are limited to aggregate channel-level metrics (views, likes, comments count, shares, watch time) with no user-identifying data.
- Does not share YouTube API data with any third party, does not use it for advertising, and does not transfer it outside Area 43 Labs.
By using our internal software you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
You may revoke our internal software's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings page.
Data retention and deletion
Because the website does not collect personal data, there is no user data to delete. Any email correspondence you have sent us can be deleted on request — email us at privacy@area43labs.com and we will remove the correspondence within 30 days.
YouTube API data cached by our internal software (aggregate metrics only, no user data) is retained for operational analytics and can be purged from our systems on request.
